New Lyric Video From Brad Paisley

Oct 10, 2012 -- 9:00am
  • Brad Paisley recently released his new single, “Southern Comfort Zone.”  And he wants you to know the words.  So, he tweeted, “So you turkeys can get the words right when you sing along, we just put up a Lyric Video.”  The video is a whopping 5 minutes and 33 seconds long and features a silhouette of Brad Paisley flying over recognizable skylines for the coliseum to the pyramids to New York.  Check out the video below...

  • CMT has announced the air date for their annual CMT Artists of the Year event.  You can catch the airing of the show December 8th.  But unlike in years past, we won’t know which artists are being honored until that airing.  Previously, CMT has announced who the artists are and used that to hype the event.  Presumably there will be five honorees.  If I was betting, I’d say Jason Aldean and Eric Church easily make the cut and with the news George Strait will retire from touring, it seems he’d also be a likely choice, but we’ll find out when the special premieres December 8th on CMT.
  • Even though Lee Brice has been in the industry quite a while, he’s still nominated for New Artist at this year’s CMT Awards.  Brice isn’t wasting any time getting his “campaign” going.  Brice has recorded a couple videos asking for you vote.  Complete with American flags, balloon drops and he’s not ashamed of his “record.”  Check out the campaign videos...
