Three Groups Announce New Tours

Aug 20, 2013 -- 9:00am
  • After wrapping a summer touring with Kenny Chesney, Eli Young Band will be hitting the road for their “Drunk Last Night” tour.  “The Chesney Tour was an incredible experience and a really good time! Now it’s time to go out and do what we do best once again,” said Mike Eli. “It’ll be nice to blow the dust off of some of the old stuff!”  The band hand-picked Eric Paslay as the opener.  He co-wrote their hit “Even if it Breaks Your Heart” and is climbing the charts with his own hit, “Friday Night.”  The Drunk Last Night Tour kicks off October 3 in Kansas City.
  • And The Band Perry is headlining their very own “We Are Pioneers World Tour.”  They’ll be hitting 11 countries, beginning with Sweden.  The sibling trio’s North American dates kick off in January 2014 where Easton Corbin will join them.  50 dates are already confirmed, with more being added.  The USA leg of the tour kicks off in Independence, MO on February 6th.  Watch a the video announcement below...

  • And now for the surprising announcement.  Despite adamant denial that there was even a possibility, The Dixie Chicks have announced their “2013 Long Time Gone” Canadian tour.  The nine stops will run through October and November.  Who knows, maybe they’ll make their way back to the US if these stops are as successful as anticipated.
