Abercrombie and Fitch is in some hot water with an extremely passionate fan base. The clothing company produced a shirt saying, “#more boyfriends than t.s.” That t.s. is clearly referring to Taylor Swift. Outraged fans bombarded the public relations phone lines so much they changed the message to say, “If you’re calling regarding the Taylor Swift T-shirt, please note this is no longer available.” And even though that’s the message one fan heard when she called, she took the time to leave a message letting the company know she wasn’t pleased and recorded the call for YouTube. Check it out below. And note to any business considering TSwift apparel, Swifties are passionate.
Swiftie Calls A&F
There was much anticipation and disappointment when music videos and performances came and went for Jason Aldean’s “1994” with no appearance by Joe Diffie. The speculation has come to rest with just bad timing. In an interview, Diffie says Aldean did reach out, but the timing just wasn’t right for him to be in the video or at the awards show performance. And vice versa, Diffie asked Aldean to be in his video for “Girl Ridin’ Shotgun,” which previews some of Aldean’s song “She’s Country,” but the timing just didn’t work. What did work? Reviving Diffie’s career. With the new song Diffie says, Jason’s great, and I tell you what, he’s kind of revived my whole career.” From the sounds of it, a Diffie/Aldean duet could be on the horizon.
