Brantley Gilbert is heading out on tour with Tim McGraw this Summer and there will be something missing from this tour. Gilbert and McGraw have both given up alcohol. McGraw swore off alcohol a few years back saying he needed to be thre for his wife and children and alcohol was getting in the way of that. And Gilbert, about a year and a half sober, said "It was just time to do something different," he explains. "I felt like I could be more productive if I didn't [drink], and it wasn't something I really needed in my life. I wanted to make sure that if somebody special did come along, I was the kind of man that a woman like her would deserve. There were a lot of different reasons." The Two Lanes of Freedom Tour kicks off May 2nd.
And Toby Keith can now add guitar designer to his resume. Keith designed a Signature Takamine EF250TK acoustic guitar that boasts a spruce top and mahogany neck. If you want to play to Keith’s exact specifications, it’ll set you back almost $3600. Think it's worth all those pennies?
